Our house kitchen offers you varied culinary treats. Besides the traditional Austrian dishes, we also pamper our guests with international specialties.
Each morning, an extensive breakfast buffet awaits you. The evening brings a multi-course meal. You are given the choice between three different main courses – so you are sure to find something that fits your taste. In addition, we offer a full buffet including salad, cheese, bread, ice cream and fresh fruit every day.
Furthermore, each week brings a new and attractive dessert buffet, appetizer buffet and Gala dinner. In winter, we offer an après ski snack once a week – and in summer there is a large cake and coffee buffet.
Half-board at Hotel Kristall includes the following services:
- Full breakfast buffet with warm dishes and an organic foods section from 7:30am to 10:30am
- Daily salad buffet -Daily ice cream buffet
- Daily cheese buffet -Daily fresh fruit buffet
- Daily choice between three menus
- Upon request, we offer vegetarian and gluten free dishes
- 1x/week: appetizer and soup buffet
- 1x/week in winter Gala dinner
- 1x/week: Kristall dessert buffet
- 1x/week in summer: coffee and cake including cooking course for Salzburger Nockerl
- 1x/week in winter: Après ski snack with punch and mulled wine
